1. Seller and acceptance

These terms govern your use of woher.in and Woher’s digital products. The seller’s legal business name is Woher, trading as Woher in India. You contract with Woher for the provision and use of our digital products, subject to Paddle’s separate buyer terms for the order and payment.

By continuing to use this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

2. Digital products and delivery

Woher sells a 25+ Digital Product Starter Bundle of creative resources, templates, printables, and business assets. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. No physical items are shipped. Access to the Google Drive download folder is provided on your purchase confirmation page after payment is verified. Keep your purchase link private and contact us if you cannot access your files.

The optional Master Guide to Selling Digital Products is a separate $49 USD one-time purchase offered only after a completed bundle purchase. Its PDF download link is provided after its own payment is verified. Product descriptions explain the applicable offer; purchasing does not guarantee sales, income, or business results. Guide content is educational, not individual legal, tax, financial, or business advice.

3. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics. The applicable total, currency, and taxes are shown at checkout. There are no recurring charges for the bundle.

4. Intellectual property and licences

Woher retains ownership of its website, branding, documentation, and other intellectual property. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. A purchase grants only the rights expressly provided in each product’s included licence; it does not transfer ownership.

Usage, editing, commercial use, redistribution, and resale permissions vary by product. Review each included licence before using a file. No blanket resale or redistribution permission is granted by these terms. If a licence is missing or unclear, contact us before using or distributing that item.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or products unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or distribute materials beyond the permitted licence. Do not introduce malware, probe or circumvent security controls, scrape the service without permission, disrupt access, or share a private purchase link to bypass payment.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, hosting issues, or third-party outages may affect availability. You are responsible for checking product suitability, licence terms, and the rules of any marketplace you use. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

Woher may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate and safe, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. Termination does not remove refund rights or other rights required by law.

8. Changes, law, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory protections applicable in your country. Updated terms will be published here with an effective date; changes do not retroactively reduce rights for completed purchases.
